Steps:

• 1. Use 2 cups of water and the tea bags to make tea. Let cool. 2. Mix remaining 7 cups of water with sugar in a boiler. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool. 3. Combine the tea and sugar-water mixtures and stir in orange juice and lemonade. 4. Mix in vodka. 5. Put in freezer for at least 24 hours. 6. Scoop into glasses and add 7 Up or Sprite to taste. 7. Keeps in freezer.
