Maple Blue Smoothie image

1 c plain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)
3/4 c milk or coconut milk
1 Tbsp real maple syrup
pinch ground cinnamon
2 c fresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • 2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
