Steps:
- In the blender: Put everything except 1 cup water, canola oil and olive oil. Blend it. It will look a little green.
- Now add the last three ingredients and blend it again. If you over blend the oils, they turn to mayonnaise and you really don't want that.
- Dip a celery stick in this mixture and taste for saltiness. If it tastes bland, add vinegar. If it tastes vinegary...add water.
