Log Cabin Pudding image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup Log Cabin maple syrup
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
vanilla wafer (about 25)

Steps:

  • Bring the milk to a boil. Soak the gelatine in cold water and add to milk; stir until dissolved. Add Log Cabin syrup; set it aside to partly congeal. Add pecans and stiffly whipped cream. Butter a 9x13-inch pan. Line it with crushed vanilla wafers. Pour in the pudding and top with crushed wafers. Refrigerate for several hours.
