Steps:
- Heat 2TBL of the oil in large fry pan. Brown the sausages and ribs in small batches. Cut sausages into 2" rings. Transfer them to large sauce pan. Brown ground sirloin and pork in fry pan. Transfer with slotted spoon to sauce pan. Add half the garlic and all the onions to fry pan. Cook about 5 min.Add to meat in sauce pan. Add tomatoes,tomato paste,wine,1/2 cup of parsley, oregano,basil,salt, pepper,red pepper flakes,sugar and lemom zest. Bring to a boil,then reduce to simmer partially covered for 3-4 hrs. Stir occasionally. Add remaining garlic and parsley. Cook uncovered for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally. Serve over your favorite pasta.
