- Beat eggs, milk, Neufchatel and ground pepper with whisk until blended.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add egg mixture; cook 3 to 5 min. or until almost set, stirring occasionally. Add ham, cheese and onions. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until egg mixture is completely set and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon egg mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; top with dash of pepper sauce. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style.
