Broccoli florets and slow-cooked ham make this Parmesan and cheddar macaroni casserole a nice, hearty dish for a cold night.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 4 min.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add 1 cup cheddar and Parmesan; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cheddar is melted.
- Drain macaroni mixture. Add to sauce in skillet along with the ham; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
