HAM AND DILL PICKLE ROLL-UPS

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb shaved ham
1 pt homemade (or good) dill pickle spires
8 oz cream cheese ( softened)
you can add herbs or spices to these if you perfer

Steps:

1. Mix what ever spices you like with cream cheese, I actually just prefer the cream cheese and pickle.
2. Using one slice of ham spread cream cheese on meat, I slice the dill spire in half; lay it on the meat and roll-up.Repeat with the remaining ham and pickles.
3. Cut the roll-up into 3 equal parts secure together with tooth pick. Serve
