Steps:
- Heat in small skillet oil & shallots. Saute until golden. Add cognac & simmer 1 -2 minutes. Add cream & broth. Bring to a boil. Add peppercorns, reduce heat & simmer 2-3 minutes. sprinkle arrowroot until blended & thickened 2-3 minutes.
