Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 6 ingredients. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder & baking soda. Add to batter then add vanilla.
- Grease a bread pan, sprinkle a little flour on the bottom of pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
