GRANDMA HELEN'S NO BAKE COOKIES
My grandmother Helen use to make these and also sent them to me when I was in College.

Steps:
- Put in saucepan milk, butter and sugar and bring to a boil for 1 min. Take off heat, add some vanilla. Pour over the cocoa and oatmeal mix in a bowl. Mix well and place by tablespoons onto wax paper to cool. Place in airtight container.
