This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier.

Steps:
- Mix together the cheese, bread crumbs, and salt. Using a pastry brush or spoon, coat the chops on both sides with egg, and dip in the cheese mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet and broil slowly, turning once. When the cheese is melted and crumbs brown, meat should be tender.
