GARLIC BURGERS image

1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire
dash salt
2 dashes fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 or 5 even balls. Then firmly flatten into rounds. Can make ahead. Place on grill point at 10 o'clock. After 2 mins spin to 2 o'clock. After 2 more mins, flip burger and repeat. Cook until 150 to 165 degrees.
