Fried Plantains image

I love plantains, they are wonderful, a lovely starch; make sure to buy ripe plantains, they taste so much better. The unripe ones will have no flavor. (very bland) You'll know that they are ripe when they start to turn black. If they were bananas you would be making banana bread or cakes out of them. You will need to store...
