Fluffy Pancakes image

I made these for my family as a "I'll see" if it works and they came out very fluffy and great tasting. The 7-up just gives this recipe just what every pancake needs to be soft and fluffy. Hope you enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 scoop(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) 7-up or lemon lime soda
1/2 cup(s) oil
1 medium egg
1/4 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • mix all dry ingrediants together in a bowl. then add liquids stir till smooth you can add any fruit or flavor you enjoy
