Famous Potatoes image

These are my famous potatoes. My husband loves when I make them and so do my 4 brothers-in-law.

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 large potatoes, cubed
½ cup butter, cubed
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon pepper
¼ (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a 9x13 inch casserole dish combine potatoes, butter, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in processed cheese and stir to melt.
