Steps:
- Tear escarole leaves, wipe endive leaves. Beat together vinegar, mustard, s&p. Beat in walnut oil in stream. In large bowl, toss escarole w/ 1/2 of the dressing. tfr to salad bowl. toss endive w/ 3T dressing, arrange in bowl. Toss 1 bunch sliced radishes & 1/2 c walnut halves or pieces w/ remaining dressing. add to salad.
