Steps:
- 1. Season and cure turkey with rub of skin and cavity overnight 2. In a blender, add all wet incredients and then dry ingredients. Puree on high for 4-6 mins. Make sure all ingredients are completely pureed and add to injector. 3. Heat fryer to 350. While oil is heating, inject turkey with marinade (about 1 hr to heat up oil) 4. Fry in roaster and 3 mins/lb. remove from fryer and let sit 10 mins.
