EBO'S NOODLE RING

Steps:

• Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in bottom of 6-cup ring mold
• Sprinkle brown sugar over melted margarine, pressing into mold
• Arrange pecan halves into brown sugar to form pattern
• Combine cinnamon, salt, and sugar in a small bowl
• Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well
• Add remaining 1/4 cup margarine to noodles and stir until combined and slightly cooled
• Add dry ingredients to noodles
• Lightly beat eggs and add to noodle mixture
• Spread into prepared ring mold. Bake for 45 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
