Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat shortening in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook until browned, about 10 minutes. Remove and place in a medium casserole.
- 2. Add gravy mix and water to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3. Add dried onion, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, bay leaf, salt and pepper to skillet. Pour sauce over steak.
- 4. Bake, covered, until steak is tender, about 1 hour or so more. Discard bay leaf. Mound hot noodles onto a serving platter. Spoon steak mixture over noodles. ENJOY!!!
