Easy Potato Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (2-pound) package , shredded frozen hashbrown potato, , thawed
2 cups sour cream
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter , melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup onion , minced
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup round buttery cracker , crushed

Steps:

  • Combine first 9 ingredients together spoon into a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Sprinkle crackers on top bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 40 minutes.
