Easy Pineapple Cake image

I keep these few ingredients in my pantry at all times. This is one of my easy go-to recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box(es) angel food cake mix
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, 20 oz
1/2 cup(s) coconut
1 - cool whip, large, thawed

Steps:

  • Mix angel food cake mix, crushed pineapples (with juice) and coconut. Simply mix with spoon.
  • Bake in 9X13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cool, spread with Cool Whip.
