Easy Mixed Herb Cheese Ball image

Chopped chives and a blend of mixed fresh herbs like mint, parsley and cilantro make this easy cheese ball as fragrant as it is delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup tightly packed arugula
1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (cilantro, mint and parsley)
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Process first 3 ingredients in food processor until blended. Add arugula, herbs, chives and Worcestershire sauce; pulse until blended.
  • Shape into ball. Roll in nuts.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.
