1/2 lb hot dogs, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/4 c finely chopped onion ( if desired )
1/2 c biscuit mix
1 c milk
2 large eggs
1 c 4oz. shredded mexican cheese
ketchup and mustard, if desired

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 9inch glass pie plate with spray. Layer hot dogs pieces and onion in pie plate. Stir in biscuit mix, milk and eggs in a medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25-30 mins. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 mins before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
