I found this years ago in a little magazine called "Great Foods". I don't remember what they called it, but the first time I made it, it was so good that my collie, Duncan, and I split the whole thing for breakfast!!

Steps:
- Beat everything - except the crust :-) - together in a big bowl with a wire whisk.
- Pour that into the pie crust and bake at 350 until the custard is set.
