Steps:
- Mix all the ground beef, vegetables and the egg together and make decently thick patties. Roll patties in flour and lightly brown in a skillet. Put patties in 9x13 pan
- Drain all grease but about 4 Tbsp. Mix a little flour with grease until a gravy is made. Pour 1 large can of tomato sauce into flour mix after browning flour in skillet. Season to taste. Stir fast and over low heat. Bring sauce to a boil and pour over patties--the sauce will be somewhat thick.
- Cook dish at 325°F for about 30 minutes.
