Steps:
- Directions: Use a 4-5 quart crock-pot. Layer in the following order: 1/3 each of hash browns, ham, onion and cheese. Repeat layers 2 times. Beat together milk, eggs, salt & pepper. Pour over the layers in the crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
