CRAB OSCAR STEAK TOPPER image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 pound crab meat
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a medium pan. Add onions and garlic and cook over medium low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add celery and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to vegetable mixture and warm through. Be sure all ingredients and well combined. Celery should have a little crunch. Serve immediately.
