- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add pea pods; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Add Neufchatel; cook 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta; return to pan. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Top with Parmesan.
