Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing image

A delectably easy homemade Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing that is so tasty on fresh fruit salad or a spinach salad with pecans or almonds.

1/4 c cider vinegar
1/3 c sugar
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk the cider vinegar, sugar, grated onion, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and poppy seeds together until smooth and creamy.
  • 2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
