CREAMY BASIL DRESSING

Thought this sounded pretty good, so I am sharing it with you all.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

2 shallots,minced
2 Tbsp fresh basil,minced
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp lemon juice

Steps:

1. Combine the shallots.basil,mustard,oil,salt and pepper in a blender.
2. With the machine running slowly, pour in the lemon juice. Use as a salad marinade or dressing.
