This is another recipe from my Finland recipe file.. A wee bit sweet, a tiny taste of salt, and the dill weed sets the tone, for a refreshing ice cold cucumber snack. Also great along with most meals. I love the taste, different from most salt & vinegar recipes. And so good. nancy...7/20/12

Steps:
- Wash cukes. Cut off ends. Partial peel cukes, lenght wise. leave a few little strips of green skin. Score with a fork, pull fork dowm length wise all around.
- Mix all ingredients in a jar. Slice cukes into slices, not to thin. Put slices in the jar . cover and shake. Put in refrigerater, over night is best. Shake a few times. Serve in a pretty dish.....ENJOY! This would go great on the side with: J.A.P. cook..JO ZIMNY's: FINNISH FISH SOUP ( MojaKKa)
