1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved)
2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved)

Steps:

  • Add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated.
