COCONUT CREME CARAMEL image

Number Of Ingredients 7

120g (4 oz) granulated sugar
250ml (1 cup ) Milk
250ml (1 cup) Coconut cream
4 eggs beaten
50g (2oz) caster sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
fresh grated coconut for garnish

Steps:

  • Procedure 1.pre heat oven to 325 2. stir granulated sugar with 100 ml of water and boil. darken till golden brown 3. remove from heat abd add remaing 2 tbsp of water. 4. pour this mixture into the bottoms of the ramekins. 5. Bring milk, cocnut cream, sugar and vanilla to almost a boil. remove from heat and add eggs. 6. Pour egg mixture into ramekins and bake in a water bath for 40 mins or until firm.
