Steps:
- Cook 1/2 cup milk, whipping cream and chocolate in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until chocolate is almost melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. (Do not let mixture come to boil.) Remove from heat; whisk until blended and chocolate is completely melted.
- Add remaining milk; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows.
