Christmas Mashed Potatoes Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 lbs potatoes (approximately 9 large)
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1 C low-fat sour cream
2 t onion salt
1 t salt
pinch pepper
2 T butter

Steps:

  • Cook and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients except butter and combine. Put into large greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 F for 30 minutes.
