Chocolate Mousse Brownie Shots image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and egg. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk until soft-set. In small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
  • Crumble cooled brownies. In each of 12 shot glasses, layer crumbled brownies and chocolate mousse. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
