8 zucchini (2 lb.), sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook and stir zucchini, onions, mushrooms and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. Drain in colander; set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, flour and seasoning in large bowl until blended. Add vegetables and cheese; mix well. Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
