CHEESE-STUFFED TATER TOTS

Steps:

• Cut the block of cheese into small bite size squares. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl until properly combined. Put one square of cheese on the bowl and gather enough potatoes to cover it and make a tater tot. Repeat until all the cheese is used. Heat the oil and cook the tater tots until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
