Cheese Sizzlers image

My Mom has made these for years! They are quick and delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c grated swiss cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 c crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chives or 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/4 c chopped black olives
18 slice minature rye cocktail bread

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well;
  • 2. Spread over bread slices;
  • 3. Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
  • 4. Can be done in a toaster oven, also!
