CELERY, WALNUT AND PARMESAN SALAD image

3/4 cup (3 ounces) finely diced Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
