1 small (about 3 lbs) buttercup squash (about 2-1/2 lb.), cut in half, seeded
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place squash halves, cut sides up, in shallow pan. Combine apples, nuts, dressing, lime juice and cinnamon; spoon over squash. Cover.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until squash is tender.
  • Mix sour cream and syrup until blended. Cut each squash piece in half. Serve topped with sour cream mixture.
