Asparagus
lemon zest
browned bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Clean, rinse and prepare asparagus. Tie stalks in a bunch and boil until almost tender. Place on a broiler tray and sprinkle with lemon zest and bread crumbs. Run under broiler.
