Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. In square baking dish, layer 2 pastry sheets overlapping on the diagonal. Place Brie in center. 3. In saucepan over med-low heat, melt butter and brown sugar. Mix in raisins. Pour butter mixture over top of Brie. Top with pear slices if desired. 4. Bring pastry sheet layers up to cover top of Brie and seal. Brush with small amount of egg. 5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes on top shelf of oven. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes more or until cheese has melted. (May need to cover top of pastry with tin foil to avoid burning.) Serve with crackers, bread, or alone.
