BOILED-Summer Sausage image

I have made this off and on for several years. We moved to this small country town in mid Iowa and are members of the local American Legion. They wanted to serve meat, cheese and crackers at their bar a couple nights a week. Well I made 8 rolls of this and it went over great. I now have a new job. Try it it is great.
