This is a nice cheese ball that's full of all kinds of textures and flavors. The crushed pineapple gives it a slightly sweet flavor. Steps:
- 1. Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Add cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, pineapple, season salt, and pecans into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix until combined. The easiest way to mix this is to use your hands.
- 3. After you have mixed all ingredients well shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let chill for 1 1/2 hours.
- 4. Roll your cheeses ball into the cup of finely chopped pecans. Once completely covered serve with your favorite crackers!

I borrowed this recipe from my sister-in-law, Laura Gwaltney, many years ago after sampling it at a family Christmas dinner. I took it to work last year for our Christmas party, and they all loved it! You be the judge!
