JALAPENO CHICKEN

Jalapeno Chicken image

Given to me by a friend who loves to experiment with recipes. A little kick of Southwestern cooking. Not too spicy, but can be made so with a little bit more jalapeno or other spices for an extra bit of 'kick.'

WW GRILLED JALAPENO CHICKEN

Ww Grilled Jalapeno Chicken image

This is another great Jalapeno Chicken recipe by Weight Watchers. It's out of the 2000 "Day by Day" cookbook. It has 3 points per serving. I have done both blender and fine chopping and they are both great. I find the extra bits and pieces by chopping instead of blending adds a great crunch to the dish and makes it look outstanding. Hope you enjoy and happy eating!

WW JALAPENO CHICKEN

This is out of a WW Cookbook called "Quick Cooking for Busy People" It has only 2 WW Points. DH gave it an excellent rating. Hope you enjoy! For a quick meal serve with grilled slices of veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, onion or peppers). For additional flavor, brush vegetables with remaining marinade before placing them on the grill. Cooking time does not include marinating time.
