Steps:

  • Toss 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan with 1 tablespoon flour, then flavor with 1 to 2 teaspoons minced herbs, spices and/or citrus zest. Make 12 mounds of the cheese mixture (2 tablespoons each) on a baking sheet lined with parchment and coated with cooking spray; flatten into 4-inch rounds. Bake at 375 degrees F until golden, 8 to 10 minutes. While hot, gently remove with a thin spatula and let cool completely.

2 tablespoons butter
2 cups plums, pitted and sliced thin
2 cups raspberries
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Butter 8 (1/2 cup) ramekins or gratin dishes. In a large bowl gently combine the plums, raspberries, flour and sugar. Distribute this mixture evenly among the ramekins. In a separate bowl, combine the pecans, flour, brown sugar, melted butter and salt. Divide this mixture evenly among the ramekins. Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.

Surprising simple and refreshing! I don't use the blender piece as my pitcher for this drink but feel free to do so if you wish.

10 cups diced seeded watermelon
½ cup water
⅓ cup agave nectar
1 ½ cups tequila (such as Patron®)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 sprig mint leaves, for garnish

Steps:

  • Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth; pour into a large pitcher.n
  • Stir the water and agave nectar together in a small bowl; add to the watermelon. Stir the tequila into the watermelon mixture. Add the blueberries and garnish with the mint to serve.n
