2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing mix
generous 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
scant 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 small (2.25-ounce) can chopped black olives
4 (12-inch) or 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas. Lay out tortillas; evenly distribute cream cheese mixture among tortillas and spread just shy of the edges.
  • Roll up tortillas; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1/4-inch slices before serving.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
4 teaspoons ranch salad dressing mix
1 package (2-1/4 ounces) dried beef, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
5 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
Salsa, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and salad dressing mix until blended. Stir in the beef, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and olives. , Spread over tortillas; roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. , Unwrap and cut into 1/2-in. slices. Serve with salsa if desired.
