Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the rolls lengthwise so you have two big pieces.
- Spread 1/4 cup mustard and mayonnaise on each side of the rolls. Place the bottom roll in a pan, top with half of the turkey, Swiss cheese and the rest of the turkey. Place the other half of the rolls on top.
- Mix butter and 1/4 cup remaining mustard. Brush it on the rolls.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.

- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain. Crumble bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, saute onion in the drippings until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Transfer to a large bowl. Add the bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 12 patties. , Cook in a large skillet in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. Meanwhile, bake rolls according to package directions. , For mayo, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheese spread, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder. Split rolls; spread with mayo. These Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sliders are made with sweet Hawaiian rolls topped with a creamy honey mustard sauce, deli sliced turkey, Swiss cheese and a buttery poppyseed topping.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup honey mustard until combined; set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan.
- Spread half the honey mustard mixture on the bottom half of rolls.
- Layer sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on top.
- Spread remaining honey mustard mixture on the top half of the rolls and place on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1/4 cup honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
- Spread mixture on top of rolls.

- Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 1/4 teaspoons curry powder, and next 3 ingredients in small bowl for sauce. Let stand at room temperature while preparing sliders.
- Place turkey, next 6 ingredients, remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 4 teaspoons curry powder in large bowl. Mix with fork or hands just until blended (do not overmix). Divide mixture into 12 equal portions. Using wet hands, form each portion into patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat broiler or heat 1 tablespoon oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. If broiling patties, brush rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil and arrange patties on sheet. Broil (or cover patties in skillet and cook in batches) until cooked through, pressing patties down lightly with spatula before turning over, about 3 minutes per side (or 4 minutes per side if cooking in skillet).
- Place patties on bottom halves of rolls. Top each patty with sauce. Cover with roll tops. Place 3 sliders on each of 4 plates and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk melted butter with Dijon mustard, dried onion, and Worcestershire in a small bowl.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared pan. Spread mayonnaise and additional Dijon mustard to taste along the rolls. Spread cranberry sauce. Add turkey and 1/2 slice of cheese to each. Top with arugula and top halves of the rolls. Spread melted butter mixture evenly over tops. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
